6/10
The room was wicked spacious and comfy, perfect to unwind. Loved that breakfast was decent, and the restaurant staff was real attentive. But ugh, the check-in took forever, and parking was a bit of a headache. I expected better, especially with the hype.

comfortable room but breakfast could improve
The room was spacious, allowing for easy movement around. I appreciated the comfortable bed, which made my stay restful. The attentive staff in the restaurant ensured I had what I needed during breakfast. I enjoyed the lovely city view from my room. it was a refreshing sight each morning.
The breakfast buffet selection felt limited and could use some variety.

My family and I enjoyed a very pleasant weekend stay. The staff was friendly and attentive, especially Jorge who aided us during our arrival and departure. The property was clean, well maintained, and we loved the breakfast options, which were a hit with the kids. We also appreciated the gym facilities that were free to use. The location was fantastic, sitting atop the beautiful Santa Fe area, close to shopping and dining options, allowing us easy access to the vibrant local scene while avoiding the main crowded districts.
We wished the kids' menu at breakfast had more variety for younger appetites.

The views from the room stood out, complemented by a spacious layout and a comfortable bed. However, frustrations arose when the front desk provided unclear directions to the hotel and failed to address issues like the window screen needing repair. Dining experiences were mixed. while the service was attentive, the food, especially the chilaquiles, didn't meet expectations, contributing to a sense of disappointment during the stay.
